As a Management Consultant At Takamol, You Will
- Work on national projects across diverse sectors (labor market, digital transformation, social development, and more)
- Collaborate with experienced consultants and policy experts
- Learn consulting frameworks, research methodologies, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Receive mentorship and on-the-job training tailored to fast-track your development
- Specialize in key areas such as strategy, public policy, data & analytics, or service/product design and digital transformation
- Fresh graduate in the following majors (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science (Information Systems), Public Policy)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for learning and working in a dynamic environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
