System Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer who has experience in design, integration, and management of complex systems. The role involves working with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, mechanical, and product) to ensure seamless system performance and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement system architectures and integration plans.
• Manage requirements, testing, and validation across all system components.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor performance, risks, and compliance with standards (ISO, MIL-STD, etc.).
• Support documentation, proposals, and technical reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, Computer, or Optics); Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in product development or R&D.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes (MBSE, V-model, Agile).
• Familiarity with SysML, MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS, or similar tools.
• INCOSE or PPI certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
