Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join the team working on our project in Tabuk, KSA a revolutionary, linear smart city project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves ensuring the precise alignment and execution of one of the world's most ambitious construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and verify primary and secondary survey control networks across the 170km project site, ensuring millimeter-level accuracy for construction.
Operate and maintain cutting-edge surveying equipment, including GPS/GNSS systems, Total Stations, and 3D Laser Scanners .
Work closely with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management teams to interpret design specifications and translate them accurately to the field.
Perform as-built surveys and provide precise data for analysis, verification of site conditions, and documentation.
Utilize CAD and GIS software to process survey data, prepare detailed reports, maps, and technical drawings.
Ensure all surveying operations strictly comply with project safety standards, international codes, and relevant regulations.
Mentor junior survey staff and promote a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all field operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in field surveying, preferably on large-scale infrastructure, high-rise, or complex construction projects .
Expert-level proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of modern surveying instruments (Total Stations, GPS, etc.).
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems (UTM/local), and data collection practices.
Experience with data processing and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, ESRI GIS).
Ability to work effectively outdoors in diverse and challenging environmental conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality results.
