مهام وظيفة أمين صندوق (كاشير) في مطاعم حاشي وشواية ( تبوك - خميس مشيط) :


المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم بأسلوب لائق.
  • تلقي طلبات العملاء وتسجيلها بدقة.
  • تحصيل المدفوعات من العملاء نقدًا أو باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان أو أي طرق دفع أخرى مقبولة.
  • إصدار الفواتير للعملاء والتأكد من صحتها.
  • التعامل مع النقود بشكل مسؤول ودقيق، بما في ذلك عدّها وإيداعها في الخزنة بشكل منتظم.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة الصندوق وتنظيمها.
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة والإجابة على أسئلة العملاء والاستفسارات الخاصة بهم.
  • المساهمة في الحفاظ على بيئة عمل إيجابية وفعالة.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات المطعم.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يُطلب منك القيام بها من قبل المشرف.


المهارات المطلوبة:

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
  • القدرة على العمل بدقة وسرعة تحت الضغط.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وجزء من فريق.
  • مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع النقود بشكل مسؤول.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل كأمين صندوق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.


الشروط:

  • الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل.
  • الالتزام بالمواعيد والجدول الزمني للعمل.
  • المظهر الشخصي اللائق والسلوك المهني.
