As a Surgical Equipment Manager , you will be Responsible for establishing and Implementing Equipment Support plan for a designated client base or implementation of a specific program to effectively support the patient journey and properly position Alcon and its brands as technical and scientific Support .

A typical day in this role will include:

• Responsible for driving promotion and development in the designated accouDevelop customer centric strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives and executes.
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
• Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts.
• Prepare requred Support for new lounched product , guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular account.
• Analyze Market Share including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors.
• Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed Support and tactical plans.
• Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Alcon CRM system.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing KPI planed for a designated client base.
  
  

WE ARE SEEKING:

• Education/Background: Optometrist and ophthalmologic background
• Experience: With at least 2 – 4 years in medical ophthalmologic devices
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, high level of English fluency with Arabic language
• Must be based in Riyadh
• Willing to travel 20% - 30 % (Central Region)
• Saudi Arabian nationality
