Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain Supervisor will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of vehicles, ensuring smooth yard operations. This role also holds responsibility for workplace health and safety standards, as well as the security of the warehouse and inventory.

The Supply Chain Supervisor will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of vehicles, ensuring smooth yard operations. This role also holds responsibility for workplace health and safety standards, as well as the security of the warehouse and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures for operations and personnel.
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard warehouse operations and inventory.
- Control inventory levels through regular physical counts and reconciliation with the data storage system.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, track expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Coordinate warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning tasks to staff, ensuring timely completion of work.
- Supervise, coach, and discipline warehouse staff, providing continuous feedback and performance evaluations.
- Monitor fleet operations and ensure timely deliveries, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee the picking and packing process, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and sustainability.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the superior, related to work responsibilities.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
- Experience: Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Or Logistics, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
- Skills: Strong Organizational, Analytical, And Communication Skills. Proficiency In Supply Chain And Inventory Management Systems.
- Attributes: Detail-Oriented, Proactive, And Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
