Supply Chain Planner

  • Forecasting demand and creating supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels to optimize storage costs and meet production schedules.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assessing supplier performance to ensure contractual compliance and resolve any issues.
  • Implementing new systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to integrate supply chain management with companywide strategies.
  • Analyzing data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Evaluating and reporting on KPIs and metrics
