Supply Chain Manager

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage the Supply Chain (multiple Operations Job Families and/or related functions, however not including production) by enhancing its developments based on Jotun’s values and in accordance with local, regional, segment, and corporate objectives and guidelines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers while maximizing Supply Chain efficiency for Saudi Arabia.

Supply Chain includes - (Customer Service & Order Handling, Production Planning, Logistics (Warehousing/ Transportation) and Purchase (Raw Material and Non-Raw Material).

This position is based in Jeddah and will report to the Operation Director Responsibilities:

• Lead the supply chain teams in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs

• Arrange and participate in Sales, Operation & Management meetings to coordinate activities and improvement in overall efficiency and cooperation between Sales, Operation and Supply Chain functions

• Lead the supply chain functions by implementing and monitoring procedures and guidelines to ensure that supply chain activities comply with local laws and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001, Jotun Operations System, and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system

• Initiate and drive cross-functional planning and cooperation to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to develop high-performing teams, champion in continuous improvement and Lean practices, and ensure strong HSEQ compliance. Closely working with Sales, Operation, and regional stakeholders to support business growth and deliver reliable, world-class supply chain performance & efficiency

• Lead end-to-end supply chain function across Saudi Arabia, driving customer service excellence, efficiency, along with customer satisfaction. Manage planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution while optimizing inventory, cost, and service levels with Initiates, different drives and follow-ups on continuous improvement activities by implementing the Jotun Operations System and agreed KPI’s - Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure efficient Logistics setup to meet customers' current and future needs, efficient stock management, and quality control of Raw Material, packaging, and Finish Goods

• No. of Employees: 136 employees with 3 Manager as direct report and 1 coordinator
• Finished goods inventory budget: SAR 30 million
• RM inventory budget: SAR 200 million
• Non- RM inventory budget: SAR 50 million
• Dept. operating budget: SR 12.51 million
• Annual Sales Turnover: 100 million litters/year
• Business segment covered: Decorative Dealers, Decorative Projects, Protective Coating and Marine
• Countries/Markets: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt , Yemen , India and Intercompany business within Jotun network (Marine customers)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for: Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is preferable
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in leading Supply Chain function
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written
