Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge HR tech solutions? Join our team as a Technology Architect and lead the way in implementing innovative systems using SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on EC Time Off/Time Sheet and Solution Design & Architecture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and deployment of scalable solutions using SuccessFactors modules, aligned with business goals.
  • Integrate EC Time Off/Time Sheet with existing systems to enhance workforce management.
  • Architect high-performance, scalable systems with a focus on Solution Design & Architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Workforce Analytics and Onboarding solutions.
  • What You Bring
    • Proven experience with SuccessFactors EC Time Off/Time Sheet and Solution Design & Architecture.
    • Strong background in Workforce Analytics and Onboarding deployment.
    • Expertise in Business Process Modeling and operational optimization.
    • Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM.
