What you will do:
- Deep technology understanding LTE, VOLTE, 5G-NAS and 5G-SA.
- Propose methodologies for NW parameters consistency audit, with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Capability to set NW strategy [mobility strategy, traffic steering and spectrum efficiency] for best users experience and Radio resources utilization.
- Propose trials to enhance NW performance on user experience, agreed POD [5 trials per month].
- High level of troubleshooting and analysis skills.
- Ookla deep analysis and recommendation to boost operator rank to #1.
- Attend to the operator queries, proposals and escalations.
- Capacity and quality analysis.
- Crowdsource data analysis.
- High reporting skills.
- Efficiently lead SMEs team.
- E2E knowledge is ++
- Ericsson experience is ++
- MS TOP.
