Strategy Senior Manager - 4-Month Engagement

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategy Senior Manager to lead a short-term engagement focused on translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives. The role involves developing KPIs, detailing initiatives, managing stakeholders, and driving strategy execution through SMO operations and Balanced Scorecard frameworks. The ideal candidate brings deep strategic insight, operational discipline, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in complex environments.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of experience, with proven experience in strategy, preferably within consulting or transformation-focused environments.
• Proven expertise in KPI design and development aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong knowledge and application of the Balanced Scorecard methodology for strategic performance monitoring.
• Experience in managing Strategy Management Offices (SMOs).
• Ability to convert strategy into detailed, actionable initiatives with clear accountability and timelines.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and functions.
