Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory and guidance to senior executives and decision-makers on the development and implementation of strategic directions and initiatives to ensure organizational goals are met.

• Develop strategic frameworks and policies in coordination with internal administrative entities to align with national and international objectives.

• Monitor and assess the impact of strategic policies, proposing enhancements to maximize effectiveness.

• Analyze future opportunities and challenges, offering recommendations for strategic updates based on emerging trends.

• Oversee the execution of strategic plans and policies, ensuring alignment with established objectives.

• Develop mechanisms and tools for institutional performance enhancement and operational efficiency.

• Establish a comprehensive strategic framework that aligns with the organization’s overall vision and mission.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, policy development, or corporate strategy execution.

• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic planning models and tools, with the ability to develop and assess strategic frameworks.

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with advanced proficiency in English to facilitate international collaboration.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Experience in coordinating and collaborating with government and private sector stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution.

• Immediate availability to start is a mandatory requirement for this role.
