Strategic planning and Project officer

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Participate in developing and formulating short-term and long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Analyze internal and external environments to identify opportunities and challenges affecting strategic initiatives.

• Develop strategic plans, defining key objectives and performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.

Project Management:

• Manage and implement strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Develop project plans, setting budgets and timelines for execution.

• Monitor project progress, evaluate performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze project-related data to support evidence-based decision-making.

• Use various analytical tools to evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

Collaboration with Departments:

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

• Provide technical and advisory support to teams implementing strategic projects.

Research & Development:

• Research global best practices in strategic planning and project management.

• Suggest innovative ideas to improve performance and optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

 Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or strategic planning.

 Key Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess data and provide strategic insights.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop actionable plans.

• Project management expertise, ensuring effective execution and monitoring.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, MS Project Tableau, or similar software.
