Strategic Financial Planning Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

The Role holder is responsible for Preparing and Developing multiple scenario of 3 years financial aspiration and Set financial guidelines for stc Group / Cluster / Subsidiaries. As well as to Conduct & communicate overall market & economy insights related to financials from internal & external resources in alignment with Corporate Strategy.

The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

• Develop multiple scenario of 3 years financial aspiration and Set financial guidelines for stc Group / Cluster / Subsidiaries
• Conduct & communicate overall market & economy insights related to financials from internal & external resources in alignment with Corporate Strategy
• Prepare Group / Clusters / Subsidiaries 3 years financial plan and rolling forecast, in line with the S 2 B policies & procedure
• Participate and support Corporate Strategy in developing stc strategies (Group / Cluster / Subsidiaries / BUs / FUs) to ensure stc financial & business plans are aligned with strategies
• Periodically update & refresh stc financial plans after budget approval or revision and actual results announcements
• Develop financial envelopes and manage Demand & Supply cycle (Revenues, OPEX & CAPEX) for Clusters / Subsidiaries / BUs /FU s
• Influence and ensure that financial planning coordinators have full access to strategic planning process when taking out on business activities.
  
  

Job Responsibility (cont.)

• Design, roll out and manage the corporate business planning process within finance.
• Define all related Business Finance sector KPIs with the coordinators and communicate them to the top management.
• Conducting periodic performance reports of activities including contrast and analyze trends on various key objectives.
• Provide analysis of the financial plans in terms of KPIs, covering areas such as return on capital, profitability, growth, efficiency of capital employed, capital structure, liquidity, free cash flows, etc
• Develop & extend financial plan to 5 years in order to provide & facilitate internal and external requests in connection with financial plan (example; CITC, Credit rating, PIF, investment agencies, external audit, impairment test etc)
• Review and validate Subsidiaries 3 year financial submitted through HFM loaders

Nature Of Experience

Prior experience in Strategic Financial Planning and specifically in the telecommunication function is strongly preferred.
