We are seeking an ambitious Strategic Account Manager to join our team in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment including Imaging & IT solutions specifically designed for healthcare institutions, while also managing client relationships & market accessibility to achieve revenue targets in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Presently, the Middle East and Africa Subsidiary encompasses Imaging, Healthcare, Graphic, and Industrial divisions, along with the newly introduced DT (Document Technology) printer business division. Fujifilm’s forthcoming objective is to establish a Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Riyadh, KSA, to enhance its regional footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Regional Head Quarters Manager and division managers to develop and execute tailored strategies aimed at expanding revenue streams within existing accounts whilst promoting the company’s products and solutions.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current accounts, to drive account growth and ensure client retention across accounts in the Kingdom.
  • Key-Account Management & Obtaining necessary market intelligence to support Fujifilm business in the Saudi Healthcare Market.
  • Managing the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Official communication with governmental bodies & customers in both public & private sectors.
  • Tenders’ management & professional offers’ preparation.
  • Supporting distribution agreements & contracts’ initiation / renewal with business partners.
  • Study & review of strategic MOU’s & collaboration agreements between Fujifilm & potential clients in the market.
  • Cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and strategic accounts to drive growth and retention.
  • Provide regular accurate forecasting updates and sales pipeline forecasts to senior management on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress within CRM systems.
  • Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the Kingdom.
  • Representing the company at regional industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand presence and networking.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Managing budgets and conducting detailed market analysis to optimize sales efforts.
  • Preparing comprehensive sales reports for submission to senior management, providing insights into performance and future opportunities.

Client and Distributor Relations

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and distributors to promote business development and satisfaction.
  • Handle client and distributor inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and communications between clients, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Support efforts to expand the client and distributor base and enhance business opportunities.

Government and Regulatory Affairs

  • Act as the company’s representative in interactions with government agencies, including - but not limited to - Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Finance, SFDA, NUPCO, NGH, KFSH, LCGPA, Health Clusters & HHC and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with local regulations, including business licenses, permits, and tax filings.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory compliance and manage relationships with governmental institutions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations and ensure the company’s practices align with new legal requirements.

Required Skills/abilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive attitude and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Ability to analyse complex data, market trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to act with integrity, work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-division projects.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experience in Strategic Account Management & Medical Equipment Commercialization & Health Care Solutions Promotion.
  • Proven experience in representing a company at government agencies and managing client and distributor relationships.
  • 10+ years of experience in KSA
