A Snapshot of Your Day
As the STG Operations Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will be focused on leading the KSA in-country team for both project management and service operations. You will guide project managers in executing advanced service business initiatives, including long-term projects and service agreements, while ensuring adherence to the Project Excellence methodology. Your role will involve fostering customer relationships, managing project assignments, and serving as the first point of escalation for operational issues, all while driving revenue delivery and team development.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the KSA team for STG Project Management and Service Operations, ensuring effective project execution.
- Guide project managers in advanced service business activities, including long-term projects and service agreements.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to the Project Excellence methodology.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships post-sales, supporting the PM and sales teams as needed.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee revenue delivery and cost center recovery, ensuring accurate forecasting and project billing.
- 10-15 years of experience in a related field, preferably with gas turbines and rotating equipment.
- Prior experience in a team lead or managerial role within an operational context.
- Strong change management skills and experience leading organizational change.
- Proven ability to manage cross-organizational projects with full responsibility for results.
- Experience in stakeholder management at senior management levels and with customers.
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with PM@Siemens level C or other recognized project management certification.
