Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To Assist in the monitoring of Local Content compliance in State-owned Enterprises procurement, reviewing reports, coordinating tender document reviews, and proposing enchantments and changing to existing laws and regulations
Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Interactions with State-owned Enterprises
To Assist in the communication with State-owned Enterprises to make sure that the Local Content requirements are fulfilled as per the governing regulations and agreements.
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
To Assist in the Local Content requirements reporting process to make sure that compliance and status reports covers all required information and reported on frequent intervals for State-owned Enterprises Procurements
To Assist in the process of reviewing the Local Content compliance reports and take the necessary actions to ensure that procurement activities comply with the Local Content regulations for State-owned Enterprises Procurements
When requested by SOEs, assist in the reviewing of RFPs drafts and other tender documents to ensure that Local Content requirements are followed for State-owned Enterprises Procurements
To Assist in the activities related to compliance assurance of the State-owned Enterprises Procurements with regard to Local Content requirements as per the governing laws and regulations
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
To Assist in the preparation timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
