Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced SOPs Consultant to support the design, development, and documentation of operational processes and standard operating procedures within the IT domain. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current practices, define optimized workflows, and document comprehensive SOPs aligned with compliance, quality, and operational excellence standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and documenting SOPs in the IT industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in travel or e-commerce platforms.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare structured and user-friendly documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of existing operational practices and identify areas requiring standardization.
  • Develop end-to-end SOPs, including processes, roles, RACI matrices, SLAs, and control points.
  • Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation aligned with organizational standards.
  • Ensure SOP compliance with IT governance, service management policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and QA teams to validate processes and ensure operational applicability.
  • Manage version control and documentation lifecycle for all SOPs delivered.
  • Support knowledge transfer and facilitate onboarding sessions for relevant stakeholders.
