The Stakeholder Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and the community to ensure their needs and expectations are met. This role involves developing strategies to engage stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and fostering positive relationships that support the company's objectives.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Manager - Saudi National to join our team!
The Stakeholder Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and the community to ensure their needs and expectations are met. This role involves developing strategies to engage stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and fostering positive relationships that support the company's objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Stakeholder Identification and Analysis:
- Identify key stakeholders and analyze their interests, needs, and influence on the company.
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder map and database.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and strategies.
- Communicate with stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, reports, newsletters, and social media.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into business processes and decision-making.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement activities and measure their effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on stakeholder engagement and feedback for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on stakeholder analysis.
- Ensure all stakeholder engagement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related degree such as a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- With a minimum experience of 7 years.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and stakeholder management software.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
