Sr Technician II, Quality Control
An exciting opportunity is available Sr Technician II, Quality Control, based in Dammam KSA who will report directly to QC Shift In Charge.

We are seeking for a motivated Sr Technician II, Quality Control who is responsible in To maintain the product quality from Raw Material to Finished Goods.

Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Sr Technician II, Quality Control who is responsible in To maintain the product quality from Raw Material to Finished Goods.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
- Conduct Inspection of in-coming raw materials.
- To perform quality measuring tests for all product ranges
- To communicate the deficiencies in the production team and quality manager.
- To maintain the lab Environment appropriate for testing.
- To inspect finished goods after production at slitter and before dispatch.
- To prepare daily stock position of storage rack.
- To fill out check list for Film Line, Silo, Slitter, Metalizer, & packing to report any non-conformance.
- To prepare batch report.
- To maintain the proper documentation for effective quality system.
- To carry out different assignments time to time given by Manager Quality Assurance.
- Involve in validation of new raw materials, new machines or new production lines.
- Follow the quality standards, (ISO/Quality/Safety procedures) SOP’s, guidance and work instructions.
- Apply, Follow and compliance with Safety procedures and requirements (OHSAS 18001)
- MSc Chemistry OR BE Chemical OR Plastic institute
- Professional/Technical certifications/accreditation in relevant discipline
- 5 years experience at relevant position
- Be able to perform all lab testing for BOPP Films
- Conceptual knowledge of Polymer Chemistry
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Fluent in MS Word, Excell, & Power Point
