In this IP Operations Manager position

• Team Leadership: Manage and support the operations team, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Cargo Management: Supervise handling of cargo, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Customs Clearance: Facilitate customs processes and liaise with authorities.
• Billing : Monitor unbilled and billing files for accuracy and timeliness.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements and maintain SOPs.
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports and analyze operational data.
  
  
  

Stakeholders

• Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DHL
• Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
• Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools
  
  
  

Management Responsibility

• Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
  
  
  

Now, here is what we need from you!

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience - more than 6 years
• International freight forwarding experience managing projects in saudi arabia .
• Proven experience in operations management within logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs processes and cargo operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
