Job Duties

Under broad direction the sucassful candidates will:

• leads and directs the safe and environmentally compliant operation of the chemical manufacturing plant.
• Oversees and is accountable for meeting the plant budget, developing and executing plant goals, managing and developing the site leadership team.
• The Plant Manager is expected to interface with the site's customers to build relationships and assure a strong customer focus down through the plant organization.

Qualifications

Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 10 years of progressive production experience in a chemical manufacturing or batch processing environment and 5 years of direct supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering is required
