Job Summary:

This position's main duty is to transport people or goods safely from one place to another while abiding by all traffic laws, taking the right route, keeping the vehicle clean, and making sure that everyone on the road arrives on time. This includes routine vehicle inspections, safe navigation, and defensive driving techniques.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Document Handling: Responsible for sending and receiving letters and other correspondence from customers promptly and accurately.
• Document Management: Assist in storing, organizing, and distributing documents to ensure efficient office operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain basic records and logs related to delivers, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
• Personal Driving Duties: Provide driving services as needed for personal, goods, and professional requirements.
• General Support: Provide additional administrative support as required to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR a diploma in a related field with no prior experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Qualifications We Value:

• Previous experience in administrative roles.
• Familiarity with record-keeping, report preparation, and data management.
