- Manage and oversee multiple commercial real estate projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and closeout.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and project risks are managed effectively.- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.- Manage project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing budget variances promptly.- Facilitate communication and foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience (2 years) in project management within the commercial real estate sector.
