This role is essential in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our infrastructure delivery initiatives that play a crucial role in our operations and projects. Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and develop infrastructure solutions that meet business needs
- Monitor project performance, collecting data and preparing reports to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving issues related to infrastructure components
- Document technical specifications, project progress, and infrastructure processes for clarity and compliance
- Participate in infrastructure audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure delivery or IT support roles
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in collaborative environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
