Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialist - Infrastructure Delivery to join our innovative team. This role is essential in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our infrastructure delivery initiatives that play a crucial role in our operations and projects. You will be involved in overseeing various aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and develop infrastructure solutions that meet business needs
  • Monitor project performance, collecting data and preparing reports to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving issues related to infrastructure components
  • Document technical specifications, project progress, and infrastructure processes for clarity and compliance
  • Participate in infrastructure audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure delivery or IT support roles
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud services
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in collaborative environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
