Specialist, ERP

Summary:

The Specialist, ERP Functional is responsible and passionate about enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP system to support business operations and drive efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Implement and configure ERP software modules based on business requirements and best practices.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business process requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.
3.Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
4.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
5.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
6.Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations, working closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation.
7.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
8.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP systems and related fields.
9.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute system enhancements and projects according to business objectives and timelines.
10.Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP governance, policies, and procedures.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certifications in any area is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience and good knowledge in any of SAP Modules in FI-Co, MM, SD, PP, LE, HR, PM, BW and SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud, Artificial Intelligence.
