Job Purpose:

Preform advanced analyses and troubleshooting on vibration and oil analysis field to provide clear judgment and decision on underperforming rotating equipment. Support run and maintain requirements through Rotating equipment engineers and CM team requests. Provide technical support to CM team for all equipment/systems related matters that need superior level of knowledge. Maintain the reliability of CM system integrity (i.e. System 1) and improve the maturity level of vibration and oil analysis in the complex. Supervise and lead CM technicians to attend site activities for vibration measurements.

Key Accountabilities

• Routine monitor, analyze Condition Monitoring data (Vibration, Oil, etc.) of all critical and semi critical Rotating equipment. Predict any trouble with respect to vibration & lubrications prior to occur and proactively address any operational or integrity issue to the authority with corrective action recommendations.
• Provide technical support to Rotating & maintenance team on CM complex troubleshooting to avoid equipment failure and assist in startup recoveries.
• Co investigates with Rotating engineers CM failure related of rotating equipment in major / significant application & provide recommendation to avoid re-occurring such kind of failure in future. Identify the need of advance analysis in connection to root cause investigation & develop communication with Sabic ATC as well as OEM.
• Inspect and assure the availability of all required tools, calibrated on time and properly functioning.
• Represent Equipment Reliability in TA team, collect major technical concern, improvement proposals and findings related to rotating machinery during and after TA.
• Contribute in Improving tools utilization and introducing/evaluating new predictive maintenance technologies/Projects. Keeping all CM tools calibrated and software updated.
• Supervise and lead CM technicians to attend site activities for vibration measurements.
• Ensure the proper update of MCM equipment history files through monitoring and auditing, especially for SHE and critical equipment’s.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma Degree.

Experience:

• Minimum 17 years of experience of higher in related field.

Job Specific Skills:

• Shall have strong knowledge on vibration data acquisition, monitoring & analysis with the state-of-the-art tools & software.
• Good understanding of the statutory requirements in KSA.
• Must be able to read and analyze oil analysis report and make solid decisions for the equipment based on it.
• Shall have good work experience in system-1
• Self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft office is minimum required. Advanced knowledge on excel and power point presentation will be considered as an added advantage.
