Key Responsibilities – Social Media Management, Content Creation & Community Engagement

• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook, to build brand awareness and grow our online community.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content—images, videos, stories, and interactive posts—that align with Nice One’s brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Monitor social channels for trends, conversations, and competitor activities, providing insight and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner, fostering a positive online environment.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements for increased engagement and reach.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and the beauty industry.
• Support the creation of paid social campaigns and assist in monitoring digital ad performance.
  
  

Essential Requirements – Digital Skills, Creativity & Tamheer Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program, as per HRDF criteria for fresh graduates seeking on-the-job experience.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, content formats, and scheduling tools (such as Buffer or Hootsuite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Basic knowledge of design or photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback in a fast-moving team environment.
