Job Responsibility
- Leads the development and aligns the overall Digital transformation Management Framework for B2B, linking B2B strategic priorities to T&Ops roadmaps and corporate DTO maturity targets
- Drives, tracks and reports on B2B Digital transformation initiatives
- Drives and aligns decisions on technology investments to align and balance B2B short, medium and long-term costs/benefits and goals and help business leadership make decisions on way forward
- Leads the development of the change management practice to support and smoothen changes across Business Excellence and Digital Transformation initiatives
- Ensures cultural barriers are identified for the transformation initiatives and derive plans to address them including changing context (incentives, KPI’s, processes, structure, etc…) to drive change
- Ensures to establishes Design Hub in B2B provide and drive design thinking as a service to support design and innovation in CeX and products
