Minimum Job requirements

- Execute inspections in accordance with specified protocols and guidelines.

- Carry out visual assessments, measurements, and tests to validate conformity with established specifications.

- Assess products, components, or materials for any physical impairments, operational functionality, or performance metrics.

- Review manufacturing processes or facilities to pinpoint prospective areas for enhancements.

- Document inspection outcomes, including observations, measurements, and testing data.

- Create comprehensive inspection reports, capturing findings and suggesting necessary corrective actions.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality concerns and institute corrective strategies.

- Assist in the establishment and upkeep of quality management systems.

- Remain informed on pertinent industry benchmarks, regulations, and optimal practices.

- Engage in training initiatives to improve inspection methodologies and expertise.

Selection criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical\Communications Engineering.

- At least five (3) years of experience in Electrical Engineering.

- Previous experience in inspections, quality control, or a related discipline is advantageous.

- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude to spot defects or discrepancies.

- Proficient in inspection techniques, tools, and equipment.

- Knowledgeable about quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).

- Solid understanding of applicable industry regulations and safety protocols.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
