Job Title: Safety Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering or related field

Experience: Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience)

Job Summary:

The Safety Engineer will support the HSE team in implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Support risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in preparing safety reports and documentation.
• Help develop safety training materials and participate in delivering safety inductions.
• Monitor and report unsafe practices or conditions in the workplace.
• Support the investigation of incidents and near misses.
• Stay updated with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic safety principles and practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to observe details and follow safety procedures.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the HSE field.
