s.• Facilitate technical courses: Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various career stages, ensuring knowledge transfer of industry best practice

s.• Curriculum development: Build structured learning pathways and job family-specific curriculums, from early-career professionals to independent, competent contributor
