You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the signalling subsystem, from design and procurement through installation, testing, and final handover to the client. You’ll specifically take care of overseeing the signalling main contractor and managing the subsystem’s lifecycle, but also ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the main contractor for signalling and the project team
  • Leading and coordinating all activities related to the signalling subsystem across the full project lifecycle
  • Monitoring and reporting on schedule, quality, risks, and costs
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and addressing potential issues proactively
  • Developing and managing project schedules for the signalling subsystem
  • Reviewing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
  • Experience or understanding of signalling systems management within railway or transit infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of contract management, claims handling, and contractor negotiations
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and project scheduling
  • A proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Contribute to innovative projects
  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Progress towards leadership opportunities or technical expertise roles
  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical)
