Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Site Support/Logistics Coordinator will support Construction/Services in all aspects of the business including Temporary Recruitment & Resource arrangements for projects in line with the requirements. The position will be based in KES Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Relocation as per project site requirement within middle east with 80-90% time spent on project sites.

What You Will Do

  • Preparation of Mobilization plan along with the Project Manager
  • Integration of EMEAI in terms of Resources for Middle East
  • Arrangements of Temporary Recruitment for personnel for ME as per project requirement.
  • Coordinate with HR department for Arrangement of Temporary work visa based on project requirement.
  • Arranging of Training for construction/services team members
  • Monitor for service agreement and other document pertaining for the smooth execution of project.
  • Close coordination & monitoring with manpower & equipment suppliers for mobilization of Resource at various site.
  • Coordinate of Safety trainings and plant gate passes.
  • Close monitoring with KES India office or Manpower supplying agency for mobilization of Resource.
  • Maintaining of supplier’s attendance record & Reviewing Invoice prior to approval.
  • Monitoring for Employees welfare at site.
  • Monitoring for Visa renewal & Coordinate with HR department for same and arrangements of flight tickets.
  • Monitoring of All projects within in Middle East in terms of Resources arrangements.
  • Work on site location as per requirement.
  • Assisting Project Manager for successfully execution of project
  • Vendor development and cost minimization for resources.
  • Monitoring all Training Records for resources mobilized to site.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in the Petroleum, Chemical, Oil & Gas Industries including knowledge and familiarity of shutdown activities mainly in Column/tower Internals & combustion and emission control equipment’s field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill and abilities are required to perform the daily task and job duties
  • Computer proficiency (MS office –word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining positive attitude and providing exemplary.
  • Proven experience as Site/Logistic Coordinator.

What You Will Do

  • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
  • Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Keep accurate count of loads
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Conduct required quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete appropriate reporting at the end of each day
  • Work at elevated heights and in close cab quarters
  • Must be able to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Be willing to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • At least six (6) months experience operating a forklift


What Will Put You Ahead

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience operating a forklift
  • Current forklift license or the ability to obtain one within six (6) months
