Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As part of our team in this vibrant city, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, overseeing daily operations at construction sites and ensuring all activities adhere to standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site.
• Ensure safety standards and protocols are upheld at all times.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per project plan and specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including site reports and progress photos.
• Promptly address any issues or incidents on-site, escalating as necessary to project management.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project team members on-site.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and maintained to avoid work delays.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within construction or related industries.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions swiftly on-site.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites.
• Proficient in maintaining documentation and reports.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if project needs arise.
