Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced site coordinator to monitor, supervise and ensure quality on various IT, AV and Technical project sites.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in construction/fit out site working
• Experienced in the supervision of site-based project teams
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Required to travel for meetings and training as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the issuing of instructions, scheduling and sign off for the onsite operations related to rate and schedules
• Coordinates and controls delivery onsite from warehouse and updates the freight journal with relevant information
• Works in close coordination with the Project Manager to ensure site work is being delivered within the project timescales and plans
• Interfacing with client representatives including security, a/v support and technical staff
• Conduct periodic security inspections for the duration of the project to ensure compliance with the CSP
• Documents security violations or deviations from the CSP and notifies the Accrediting Officer
• Ensure the team is fully prepared for the start of each day, in terms of equipment/supplies and general appearance – ordering supplies/equipment and PPE as required to ensure sufficient stocks are maintained at all times
