Be a part of the Project Execution Team as a Site Administrator (Site-based)in Riyadh, KSA.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and tracking of gate passes for site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Ensure all individuals entering the site have the required safety inductions and documentation.
  • Liaise with security to enforce access control procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of gate passes and access logs.
  • Manage office supplies, PPE, and other site consumables in coordination with different departments.
  • Provide general clerical support to the site management team.
  • Support in organizing site meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Site and different teams for administrative matters.
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with various stakeholders.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or a similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a site environment, preferably in construction or engineering environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with access control and construction safety practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to remain flexible, accommodate interruptions, multi-task, and set/re-set priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
  • Independent thinking, problem-solving skills, discretion, and integrity are required.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A valid KSA driving license.
