As a Site Administrator for the Siemens Energy Project Management Office in Qurayyah, you will target detail-oriented and proactive candidates who thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments. How You’ll Make an Impact:
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for Project Managers.
- Assist in preparing project-related documents, including contracts and reports.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a multicultural office environment.
- Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role in a project-based setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle site procurement requirements in liaising with SCM and in cash/ credit card.
