نبحث عن مدرب محترف ومتمرس في مجال نظام إدارة المباني (BMS) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في معهد مسارات المستقبل العالي للتدريب. إذا كنت تمتلك الخبرة والمعرفة في هذا المجال ولديك شغف بتدريب الآخرين، ندعوك للتقديم لهذه الفرصة المميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:- تقديم دورات تدريبية متخصصة في نظام إدارة المباني (BMS) للمتدربين.
- إعداد وتطوير المحتوى التدريبي وفقًا لأحدث المعايير والتقنيات في المجال.
- توفير الدعم الفني والإرشاد للمتدربين خلال البرامج التدريبية.
- تقييم أداء المتدربين وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطط التدريب ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال BMS.
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الكهربائية، الميكانيكية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS).
- خبرة سابقة في التدريب أو التعليم ستكون ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة عميقة بأنظمة BMS مثل (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, وغيرها).
- مهارات اتصال وتواصل ممتازة، والقدرة على توصيل المعلومات بشكل فعال.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب والبرامج ذات الصلة.
- بيئة عمل محفزة وداعمة للإبداع.
- فرصة للتطور المهني والمشاركة في برامج تدريبية متقدمة.
