- إتقان للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، تحدث وكتابة ضمن إطار العمل)
- إتقان استخدام الحاسب الآلي (برامج Microsoft office، إدخال البيانات، الإيميل،...)
- مهارات التواصل، اللباقة وحسن التعامل مع العملاء
- القدرة على إدارة والعمل ضمن فريق
- حسن إدارة الوقت والمهام بشكل فعال والالتزام بالمواعيد.
- كتابة تقارير الصيانة والتقارير الدورية
