We are looking for a Service Designer for a UAE Based Consultancy on a 2 month contract. This is a remote role with 50% travel to Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service blueprints that map out customer journeys and touchpoints, focusing on optimizing user experience.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user research and journey mapping into actionable design plans and process improvements.
- Use journey mapping and service design tools to visualize and communicate complex processes, interactions, and dependencies.
- Support the alignment of Digital Hub goals with program requirements through structured design outputs that drive user-centric solutions.
- Create prototypes and service flows that facilitate a seamless transition from strategic vision to implementation.
- Proven experience in service design and journey mapping, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design outputs.
- Skilled in conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering insights, and translating findings into design strategies.
- Ability to map customer journeys, identify pain points, and develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Proficiency in service design tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Sketch) and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
