Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Languages: Arabic (required), English (basic communication required)

Welcome customers and assess their vehicle concerns

Diagnose basic car issues and recommend suitable services

Coordinate with auto technicians for timely service delivery

Explain technical services (electrical, mechanical, engine, A/C, diagnostics, and routine maintenance)

Provide service estimates and updates

Ensure customer satisfaction and support workshop targets

Understand and suggest relevant car spare parts and services

Strong customer service and communication skills

Able to explain auto services (like engine repair, brake jobs, electrical work, diagnostics) in a simple way

Passionate about cars, mechanics, and automotive maintenance

Willingness to learn new technologies in vehicle diagnostics and service

Team player with a positive attitude

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
