With experience in Middle East infrastructure projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to lead and deliver the planning, design, and implementation of wet utilities systems for major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wet utilities design, with a strong understanding of local regulations and authority requirements in the Middle East, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

With experience in Middle East infrastructure projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to lead and deliver the planning, design, and implementation of wet utilities systems for major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wet utilities design, with a strong understanding of local regulations and authority requirements in the Middle East, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of wet utilities systems, including potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation networks.
- Ensure designs meet local and international codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate wet utilities seamlessly within broader infrastructure projects.
- Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and technical reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to secure approvals and ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Support tendering processes by preparing technical specifications, bill of quantities, and responding to technical clarifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting high-quality design practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve delivery targets
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wet utilities engineering, with at least 3 years in the Middle East (preferably KSA)
- Strong knowledge of wet utilities systems, including hydraulic modeling, network analysis, and infrastructure design
- Familiarity with local authority approval processes and standards in the Middle East
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools
- Proven experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
