Responsibilities:

• Manage all rail systems testing & commissioning activities and monitor sub-contractors' testing, commissioning and handover work;
• Review and comment on all testing & commissioning programs, procedures, reports, etc. and attend all acceptance test sessions, trials, etc.
• Monitor all testing activities (Type Testing, Performance Testing, Routine Testing, Dynamic Test-ing and Final Testing) and identify issues and opportunities for improvements.
• Review ASC tests in order to achieve rolling stock homologation and later acceptance by the cli-ent according to TSI / Tech Spec applicable laws / contractual requirements and standards;
• Support the Design, Requirement, and Quality Managers in all tasks assigned to the Test Manager;
• Support the RAMS Safety Assurance Manager with respect to the homologation process.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree or master’s degree in Engineering or similar
• At least 10 and preferably 15 years experience in his required field of expertise
• Experience in railway systems engineering
• International working experience in testing and commissioning of rail systems
• Business-focused mindset and manner with keen and insightful perceptions
• Collaborative, flexible and independent with a well-structured working approach
• Excellent English skills
