What you will do:
Required:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers while identifying key contacts to drive business opportunities.
- Plan and execute customer/partner visits, demos, and proposals aligned with business targets and customer needs, while translating strategies into actionable plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations, providing timely reports and insights to management.
- Inform and guide customers on purchasing methods, collaborating with the tender department and supporting project completion and reporting.
- Oversee material delivery, installation, and post-sales user training, including attending surgeries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing processes, track collections, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Address customer feedback and complaints by taking appropriate actions and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Support marketing and logistics efforts by preparing materials for events, responding to scientific support requests, and exploring cross-product business opportunities.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, in implants, orthopedics, trauma or disposables.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving growth within a territory.
- Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
- Valid KSA driving license.
