As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing SLA programs, retrofit upgrades, extensions, and modifications of telecommunication systems for assignments classified as medium or high complexity. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing SLA programs, retrofit upgrades, extensions, and modifications of telecommunication systems for assignments classified as medium or high complexity. You will ensure the efficient and cost-effective completion of all site activities in compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Proficient in handling Telecom MPLS-TP Multiplexers, SDH Multiplexers, PDH Multiplexers, Wireless Routers/Bridges, Switches, Routers, PABX Systems, and Network Management Products.
- Work as a Telecom Engineer in PDH, SDH, Ethernet, and MPLS-TP technologies and collaborate with the tendering team to understand client specifications and propose technical solutions.
- Advise clients on maintenance and upgrades of existing installations and deliver presentations and training on new products/solutions to internal and external customers and represent Service Engineering in project and design review meetings.
- Implement design changes and produce as-built project documentation and support continuous improvement through lessons learned feedback.
- Assist Project Managers with claims related to scope, cost, time, and risk and create work plans and cost estimates, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget and coordinate site activities for customer acceptance certification.
- Act as the lead for Service Engineering activities on projects, ensuring professional representation.
- Manage external organizations providing equipment, systems, or services and coach Associate Service Engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements and prepare project documentation for SAT and obtain necessary approvals.
- Maintain broad knowledge of HE systems and technical environments and follow safety rules on construction sites and HE HSE safety culture.
- Proactively coordinate and report to the Service Engineering Team Leader.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- 10 -15 years of experience in Telecommunications.
- FOX SDH, PDH, Ethernet products.
- Ethernet Technologies IP, Switching and routing, MPLS-TP, Voice Technologies, SIP, VOIP and network Management Systems
- IEC101, IEC104, IEC61850 and other legacy protocols used in Substation Automation Systems.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
