How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Cause Analysis and resolution of technical non-conformance issues.
  • Lead assigned cross functional teams consisting of global technical experts (internal and external) to resolve client issues and transfer knowledge with counterparts in other regions.
  • Manage the client interface in a challenging and dynamic environment, leading the relationship from a technical standpoint.
  • Work closely with technical experts in the global Product Integrity, Sales, Bid Management and Service teams.
  • Provide input to the Product Improvement Process (PIP) to drive resolution of Operational Issues (OI), Technical Issues (TI), and Significant Field Issues (SFI)
  • Provide input to product development teams and act as reviewer during design reviews


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 15 years of experience in rotating equipment design, factory acceptance testing, controls design, package design, site commissioning, maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and service-related activities.
  • Proven experience writing technical articles or papers for industry publications such as ASME, GASTECH, ADIPEC, LNG Technology, Turbo Symposium, and Compressor Tech 2.
  • Expertise in leading root cause analyses (RCAs) and methodologies such as FMEA, fault tree analysis, Kepner Tregoe, and 5 Whys.
  • Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting rotating equipment and key components, including dry gas seals, couplings, and bearings, as well as familiarity with gas turbines, steam turbines, gears, and pumps.
  • Proficient in using industry simulation and monitoring tools (e.g., HYSYS, Bently Nevada Adre) and able to communicate technical details effectively to customers and non-technical personnel in high-pressure environments, with fluency in English.
