Senior Supply Chain Specialist

One of JobIn Clients in KSA is seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support our logistics and procurement operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth supply flow, on-time delivery, and accurate inventory management across our value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the movement of goods across procurement, production, and distribution
• Track shipments, handle logistics documentation, and follow up with vendors and transport partners
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock replenishments
• Assist in managing supplier relationships and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, finance) for demand planning and order
• Resolve supply issues and delays to minimize operational disruptions
Skills- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms), customs clearance, and freight forwarding
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
