What You'll Do

• Design Delivery Pricing Models: Proactively design delivery pricing models that address local business pain points. Build efficient pricing models to increase order acceptance rates, optimize user experience, and meet diverse business scenarios and customer needs. 2. Optimize Delivery Pricing Strategies: Responsible for optimizing and operating delivery pricing strategies, including daily monitoring and analysis, and collaborating with product and algorithm teams to continuously improve delivery experiences at all stages through algorithm and product improvements, thereby increasing delivery efficiency. 3. Monitor Market Demand: Monitor changes in market demand, analyze internal supply issues, and other delivery strategies adopted by companies in the industry to continuously enhance cost efficiency. 4. Data Monitoring and Problem Solving: Monitor supply and delivery experience data daily, weekly, and monthly, identify regional supply issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategies/incentives to achieve supply quantity and experience goals.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in the internet, logistics, or O2O (online-to-offline) industry, with experience in logistics operations, logistics analysis, strategy, or data analysis preferred. 2. Global Perspective and Communication Skills: Possess a global perspective, systematic thinking, strong resource integration capabilities, and excellent communication and coordination skills. 3. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, and proficiency in using various data analysis tools. 4. Language Skills: Fluent in English.
