Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Assistant to join our team! In this role you will assist with all HR related matters for a major project.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee on-boarding and offboarding processes of incoming employees to Project Site office.
• Liaise with recruiters and mobilizers and act as point of contact between project and Pro team/HR.
• Attend to all inquiries of project employees regarding employment and contractual matters
• Manage the new joiners orientation.
• Assist with offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all time.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across all Human Resources functions.
• Issue pre-employment requirements instructions for the employee’s facilitation.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelors Degree
• Recent graduate or up to 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong English communication skills.
• Computer literacy with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
